Returns will only be accepted within 7 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the original, unworn or unused condition, with tags and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, contact us at info@permianbrand.com. If your return is authorized, we’ll provide you with return instructions and a return shipping address. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. The return shipping costs are non refundable and are the responsibility of the customer.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and do not hesitate to contact us immediately if the item is damaged, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods, or custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
We cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Refunds
We will contact you once we’ve received your return, and notify you if the refund was approved. You will be refunded to your original payment method. Please note it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
